HOW DO I USE A TAMPON?
First, relax.
(Seriously, tension is the enemy!)
Then, unwrap and firmly hold the applicator at the curved handle base with your fingertip and thumb. Gently insert the applicator into the vagina angling slightly towards your lower back. Allow your body’s natural shape to guide where it sits. No force necessary! You’ll know when to stop when you feel a natural barrier or your fingertips gripping the handle touches your vulva.
Then, push the plunger into the base, and gently remove the entire plastic applicator, leaving only the string hanging out of your vagina.
If you feel it, it’s too low—adjust, and you’re good to go. You’ll get the hang of it faster than you think. We’re coming up with a cute little video tutorial for you soon!

DO TAMPONS HURT?
